Requests exceeding the included revision allowance may result in additional fees.

Once a client approves a design, page, website, graphic, campaign, or other deliverable, Martin Sales and Marketing Solutions may consider that portion of the project complete.

- Grammar
- Pricing
- Product information
- Contact information
- Links
- Business details
- Legal statements
- Product descriptions
Martin Sales and Marketing Solutions will make reasonable efforts to produce accurate work, but the client is responsible for confirming final business information before publication.
11. Website Launches and Transfers
For website projects, final launch or transfer may occur after:
- Final approval is received
- Required payments have been completed
- Necessary account access has been provided
After a website is launched or transferred, future changes may be considered ongoing maintenance or additional work unless included in the selected package.
12. Third-Party Platforms

Ownership of completed custom work may transfer to the client after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

- Drafts
- Reusable assets
- Business methods
- Proprietary materials
Any third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses.

If a client does not want completed work used for promotional purposes, they should notify Martin Sales and Marketing Solutions in writing.

However, we cannot guarantee specific results.
This includes guarantees regarding:

- Revenue

- Engagement
- Leads
- Customers

- Business growth
Business and marketing results depend on many factors outside of our control.

Any SEO services are intended to improve website structure, content, or visibility.

Clients should avoid sending sensitive passwords or financial information through unsecured methods whenever possible.
Confidential information will not intentionally be shared with unrelated third parties except when necessary to complete the project or when required by law.
21. Account Access
For certain projects, clients may provide temporary access to websites, social media accounts, or other business platforms.
Clients remain responsible for ownership and security of their accounts.
Martin Sales and Marketing Solutions will only use provided access for the purpose of completing agreed services.
Clients are encouraged to update passwords after a project is completed when appropriate.
22. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use Martin Sales and Marketing Solutions services for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activities.
